I’ve been on quite the salad kick lately, eating it for lunch every day and some dinners, and I’m starting to see some preliminary results in the waistline area. Since I’m thoroughly enjoying the salads and not dreading them, I’m excited to stick with it and hopefully lose a few pounds by the time it’s 100 degrees again and time for the shorts, sundresses, and bathing suits. I was looking for some kind of interesting protein to add to my salads today while shopping for groceries on Prime Now, and I found these delightful packets of precooked salmon!
This salmon is really good! I heated it up quickly in a nonstick skillet just to take the chill off and added it to a couple large salads for dinner. I didn’t even have to add any seasoning; it was great as is! Better yet, it’s only $2.78/packet and that easily covers two salads.
The most challenging part of eating healthy is always the cost and the inconvenience, and this product solves both issues. I can confidently say that this is a viable means of eating better because my husband (always skeptical of healthy food) ate it too and agreed that it was good.
So there’s the good news! Eating well doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg or take hours to prep when products like this are here to save the day.
